Role Overview / Mission

Indie Consulting is seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist. This role exists to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms for a global client, managing full-funnel initiatives to deliver measurable results through platform expertise and testing frameworks. The specialist will drive growth and efficiency while translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* **Campaign Planning & Execution**
* Lead the planning, setup, and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Translate marketing objectives into platform-specific campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
* Develop creative testing frameworks in partnership with creative and strategy teams to identify top-performing content and optimize media performance.
* Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment and efficiency.
* Ensure execution across multiple accounts, adhering to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
* **Optimization & Reporting**
* Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns against key performance indicators including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall business objectives.
* Build, maintain, and present detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards.
* Lead weekly reporting and optimization calls, translating data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
* Identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation across social media channels.
* Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to evaluate test results and inform future campaign strategy.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication**
* Partner with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to align paid social tactics with broader marketing initiatives.
* Communicate campaign performance, trends, and learnings to internal teams and client stakeholders.
* Maintain organization across campaign documentation, timelines, and reporting.
* Anticipate challenges and identify solutions early in campaign cycles.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Experience in building and executing testing frameworks for creative and media performance.
* Hands-on experience developing and reporting on metrics and key performance indicators tied to business goals.
* Proven ability to lead reporting discussions and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
* Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with paid media performance tools and dashboards.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Location & Work Setup

This is a contract, part-time position requiring approximately 10 hours per week. The role operates within a remote-first environment.
