Role Overview / Mission
This role exists to lead Rival’s product and partner marketing initiatives, covering strategy through execution. The Partner & Product Marketing Lead will serve as the primary contact for key clients, managing relationships, onboarding, strategic planning, renewals, and opportunities to expand services. The goal is to ensure clients achieve their business objectives using Rival’s platform, while also contributing to the development of the customer success function as the company grows. This is a visible position that requires collaboration across product marketing, partner engagement, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Adapt to evolving needs within product marketing and partner initiatives.
* Lead the introduction of new features and partner campaigns, including developing positioning, messaging, campaign strategies, and support materials, from initial concept to analysis.
* Work with Product and Operations teams to translate client and partner feedback into product development priorities, marketing stories, and strategies that increase platform use.
* Define and monitor performance metrics, identifying potential issues, new opportunities, and immediate improvements to ensure positive client and partner results.
* Support various functions as required, such as client onboarding, contract renewals, issue resolution, and developing marketplace and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* 4–7 years of experience in client services, customer success, account management, or a similar field. Relevant industries include SaaS, sports/entertainment, gaming, or digital media. The focus is on relevant skills and mindset over a precise number of years.
* Demonstrated history of managing large or key accounts with clear business results.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, including comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.
* Capability to develop strategic plans and execute hands-on tasks within a fast-paced startup setting.
* Experience working with product and engineering teams to convert client requirements into scalable solutions.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* An interest in sports, gaming, and fan engagement.
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year. The compensation package also includes competitive benefits and equity.
