Role Overview / Mission

The Product Marketing Manager develops, manages, and executes customer and competitive research, product messaging, and go-to-market and sales enablement programs. This role supports new business and customer growth by collaborating across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy to improve the sales process and buyer experience. The goal is to drive product marketing strategy and execute go-to-market launches and customer growth initiatives that incorporate customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product marketing plans for North America, including targeting, value propositions, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Communicate LRN solution value propositions to internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as fact sheets, slides, videos, discovery questions, talk points, and emails.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research, synthesize findings, and maintain battlecards.
  • Lead product launch execution and identify product-led growth opportunities.
  • Define and manage product marketing projects from planning to revision.
  • Participate in Voice of Customer interviews, analyze findings, and identify opportunities in sales, messaging, PR, and marketing.
  • Evaluate and refine product descriptions, features, value propositions, and differentiators for market resonance.
  • Improve the organization and delivery of marketing and sales collateral, reducing redundancy and improving content experience.
  • Develop client case studies showcasing success stories.
  • Write and submit award applications for LRN’s innovations.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience conducting competitive landscape and customer research.
  • Strong copywriting skills to distill complex ideas into clear messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with external clients on marketing assets, case studies, and award submissions.
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, Parmonic).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally (product, sales, customer success, marketing).
  • Self-starter with sound judgment, strong prioritization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to solutions in evolving areas.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible team player.
  • Curiosity and an ability to understand audience motivations.

Location & Work Setup

Remote within the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
