Role Overview / Mission

This Project Manager position supports the Operations team, leading multidisciplinary and multi-site activities. The role focuses on determining project objectives, organizing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of assigned projects to contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, implement, and report on project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, communication, and collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Work productively and efficiently to achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Complete individual objectives as assigned and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Provide quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management roles with strategic duties including project design, planning, oversight, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to define, coordinate, and track technical and operational project components across functional areas, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Track record of effectively communicating project status to senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations, reports, and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by projects.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • PMP or CBAP certification.
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment.

Location & Work Setup

This is a remote position. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift.
