Role Overview / Mission
The Regional Officer/Manager acts as a crucial connection between field offices (branches, franchisees, channel partners) and the Headquarters. This role’s primary objective is to ensure student needs are met consistently, upholding the quality standards and reputation of KC Overseas.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the student journey from initial contact to enrollment across all regional field offices.
* Achieve regional targets for student conversions.
* Ensure all field offices adhere to the business model and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Travel extensively within the assigned country to generate student business and establish new channel partnerships.
* Collaborate with Head Office and Human Resources to organize the region and identify necessary support.
* Align operational expectations and address challenges between specialized Business Units and field offices, establishing frameworks in consultation with Head Office.
* Conduct regular reviews of field offices to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, maintaining service quality and efficiency.
* Ensure student-facing staff in field offices are trained in relevant knowledge and procedures.
* Coordinate with Head Office Business Units to ensure field offices receive adequate support.
* Liaise with Subject Matter Experts from each Business Unit to equip field offices with the knowledge needed to serve students effectively.
* Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in coordination with the Head of Marketing.
* Provide on-ground support for marketing activities and assist in tailoring strategies to meet regional needs.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the overseas education industry.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
* Aptitude for learning new domain-specific knowledge.
* Proven ability to manage people, particularly field staff.
* Strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail and patience in monitoring and managing operations.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Total professional experience of 5-7 years.
* Experience in a field allied to overseas education.
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote position. The role requires significant travel to ensure smooth operations across various field offices.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $200.00 – $563.00 per month.
