We have developed a hiring platform where candidates introduce themselves through short video clips instead of traditional resumes. Our goal is to help employers see the individual beyond a document, making the hiring process more efficient, personal, and engaging.

Role Overview / Mission

This Sales & Marketing Internship aims to contribute to Swintros’ early growth by building brand awareness, generating leads, and onboarding new employers. The intern will work directly with the co-founders, gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment with real ownership and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact local and national businesses to introduce them to Swintros.
* Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and social media.
* Produce short video and written content to promote Swintros.
* Support event marketing efforts, including HR conferences and job fairs.
* Research potential partners and help expand our list of target employers.
* Collect and analyze data related to user feedback and platform engagement.
* Support the optimization of the sales process, from initial contact through user onboarding.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Proactive and eager to learn and experiment.
* Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or technology startups.
* Comfortable communicating with people in various formats (in-person, online, video).
* Thrives in dynamic, creative environments.
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Candidates from other degree programs with an interest in these areas are also encouraged to apply.

Location & Work Setup

This is a remote internship. Candidates should ideally be located in Rexburg, ID or Idaho Falls, ID for potential local engagement. The role is part-time with flexible hours, expecting 5-10 hours per week.
