Role Overview / Mission
This Sales Operations Manager role exists to optimize sales systems, processes, and analytics to drive revenue growth. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. The role requires a technically skilled, highly organized individual who can lead projects, drive process improvements, and present insights. You will have a measurable impact on revenue generation by streamlining processes, uncovering insights, and improving sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Sr. Director Sales Operations & Enablement and work closely with regional sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve key systems, including:
- CRM & CPQ: Salesforce Sales Cloud, DealHub CPQ
- Analytics & Reporting: PowerBI/Power Query
- Sales Engagement Tool: SalesLoft
- Lead projects and drive process improvements.
- Present insights to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience building and maintaining PowerBI/Power Query back end.
- Ability to build dashboards using a data visualization tool (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise (including Salesforce flows and managing integrations).
- Experience administrating a CPQ (Configure Price Quote) system (e.g., DealHub, Salesforce CPQ).
- Highly organized with the ability to drive and manage projects.
- Comfortable leading meetings and presenting content to internal audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce CRM certifications.
- Expert Excel skills.
- Experience supporting B2B software sales teams in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles.
- Experience supporting sales forecasting, enablement, and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with other revenue operations software, including Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Loopio, HubSpot Marketing Cloud.
