Role Overview / Mission

This role is for a storyteller and creative producer who will shape and scale Knak’s brand voice. The mission is to turn ideas into campaigns, ensuring Knak stands out in the market by building a brand that earns trust, attention, and community. This position involves elements of creation, strategy, and orchestration, working with marketing and executive teams to transform insights into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

* Help define and evolve Knak’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling strategy.
* Lead campaign storytelling from initial concept through execution.
* Set the content calendar and key campaign moments in collaboration with digital and product marketing.
* Drive the creation of bold, creative, and memorable content.
* Concept and produce varied content including short-form video, social media posts, blog series, LinkedIn carousels, and a flagship Benchmark report.
* Participate directly in content creation, both on camera and in writing, and behind the scenes.
* Source fresh stories from internal subject matter experts, customers, and leadership.
* Partner with freelancers and creators to scale content production while maintaining quality.
* Develop content with distribution in mind, not just publication.
* Manage Knak’s presence across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, and partner channels.
* Collaborate with digital marketing (paid and SEO) to amplify reach and impact.
* Measure content performance, iterate on successful approaches, and expand on them.
* Translate creative ideas into measurable reach and brand impact, using growth metrics as feedback.
* Test and evaluate emerging digital channels for content distribution.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* 5–8+ years of experience in content, brand, creative, or media roles, ideally within SaaS or B2B.
* A portfolio demonstrating content that captured attention and stood out.
* Ability to think in story arcs and distribution loops.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn and social-first storytelling, with an understanding of modern creator dynamics.
* Comfortable appearing on camera and skilled at helping others shine in content.
* Highly collaborative, quick to experiment, and driven by creativity and innovation.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience working with a marketing automation audience or building content for technical buyers.
* Proficiency with Figma, video editing tools, or social video platforms.
* Experience managing freelancers, editors, or other creative partners.
* Experience ghostwriting for executives or shaping public-facing thought leadership.
