Role Overview / Mission
This role exists to enhance our brands’ online presence, engage with our community, and drive sales through effective social media strategies, specifically for Amazon operations. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals, including recent graduates, to start their careers in social media management and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging social media strategies for Amazon platforms.
* Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across various social media channels.
* Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
* Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and e-commerce.
* Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly regarding Amazon and its marketing strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
* Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance.
* Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Internships or relevant coursework in social media or digital marketing.
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce strategies.
Location & Work Setup
This is a work-from-home position. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours. Specific scheduling can be discussed during the interview process.
