Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to enhance our brands’ online presence, engage with our community, and drive sales through social media strategies for Amazon operations. This work-from-home position is suitable for individuals starting their careers in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Amazon platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay informed on social media and e-commerce trends.
  • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their marketing strategies, particularly for Amazon.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Internships or relevant coursework in social media or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce strategies.

Location & Work Setup

This is a work-from-home position. Flexible working hours are offered, with a requirement of 40 hours per week. Specific scheduling can be discussed during the interview process.
