Role Overview / Mission

This Vice President, Creative Director role focuses on copy and exists to lead the creative team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns. The mission is to oversee the creation of diverse marketing materials across various platforms while ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a creative team.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse marketing materials for various brands, including digital, social, activations, earned media, and TVC.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Apply a strong understanding of PR creative in all work.
  • Engage in both conceptualization and hands-on involvement in the creative process.
  • Translate brand messages into compelling and engaging content.
  • Adapt to the needs of different brands.
  • Travel less than 10%.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Proven track record in a similar creative leadership role with a focus on copy.
  • Experience leading and managing a creative team.
  • Deep understanding of the creative aspects of PR.
  • Ability to translate brand messages into compelling and engaging content.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates are expected to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Travel is less than 10%.
