Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to lead and inspire the creative team, with a primary focus on copy, in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. The Vice President, Creative Director will drive both the strategic conceptualization and hands-on involvement in the creative process. This position is central to overseeing the creation of diverse marketing materials for various brands, including digital, social, activations, earned media, and TVC. A key mission is to apply a strong understanding of PR creative to ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a creative team in campaign development and execution.
  • Drive both the conceptualization and hands-on creation of marketing materials.
  • Oversee the development of diverse marketing content for digital, social, activations, earned media, and TVC platforms.
  • Ensure creative output, particularly for PR, aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Proven track record in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Experience leading and managing a creative team.
  • Deep understanding of PR creative.
  • Ability to translate brand messages into compelling and engaging content.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and the needs of different brands.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.

Location & Work Setup

This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate will be expected to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Travel requirements are less than 10%.
