We are a digital marketing company specializing in home services. Our YouTube ads department is experiencing rapid growth, launching between 50 to 80 new ad campaigns for clients each month.
Role Overview / Mission
This position requires an expert in YouTube advertising and all related components. You will be responsible for managing the entire ad campaign process from initiation to completion, supported by a dedicated team including assistants, designers, and other specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute a comprehensive, multi-step process for creating successful YouTube campaigns.
* Maintain a high pace and accuracy in campaign execution.
* Ensure high client satisfaction through effective campaign delivery.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Extensive experience in digital marketing.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with YouTube Ads.
* Proficiency with Google Ads Manager.
* Experience with WordPress or landing page development.
* Skill in creating effective thumbnails.
* Familiarity with Typeform.
* Experience using Google Tag Manager.
* Knowledge of HighLevel.
* Experience with Zapier.
* Familiarity with Twilio.
* Proficiency in Slack.
* Ability to create content and scripts for ad campaigns.
Location & Work Setup
This is a fully remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time position offers a starting pay of $32.50 per hour, based on an expected 40-hour work week. Benefits include paid time off.
