Responsibilities

Conduct user research and analyze data to understand user needs and behaviors. Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of high-quality designs. Support usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Maintain brand consistency across all digital products. Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas.
Requirements
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping techniques. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. A portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic, personal, or freelance projects accepted). No prior professional experience is required; coursework, personal projects, or freelance work related to UX/UI design will be considered a plus.
