Responsibilities
Support others to grow, reflect, and lead better by applying your experience in leadership development, L&D, coaching, education, or people-focused roles. Operate independently within structured systems and contribute to online programs delivered to participants. Participate in onboarding, ongoing mentoring, and peer support activities as part of a global community.
Requirements
Experience in leadership development, learning & development, coaching, education, or other people-focused roles. Ability to work independently, learn new systems and ways of working, and support others’ growth. Alignment with a flexible, self-directed partnership model rather than a traditional employment structure.
Nice-to-haves
Experience working with online delivery models and global networks, prior mentoring or coaching experience, and openness to part-time or full-time engagement around existing commitments.
