Renewals Program Manager – Enablement & Execution
About the position
Develop tailored programs to close performance gaps within the Renewals organization. Create and implement learning programs that support company-wide shifts. Act as the primary subject matter expert for the field, developing and delivering training materials. Represent the unique learning needs of the Renewals team across the broader business. Work hand-in-hand with the Renewals Strategy team to turn analytical insights into actionable playbooks. Champion and role-model Samsara’s core values as we scale globally.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Prior experience in a sales or account management role (Enterprise or technical sales preferred).
• Proven ability to coach sales leadership as ‘change agents’.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
