Website Developer Intern

About the position

People Spark HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Developer Intern to join our marketing and tech team. This is a full-time, unpaid remote internship offering hands-on exposure to real-world web development projects, allowing the intern to build a strong portfolio. Duration: 2–4 Months. Time commitment: Flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages; collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement UI/UX improvements; write clean, efficient, and responsive code using modern web technologies; optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile compatibility; assist in updating website content, layouts, and features regularly; fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality; support SEO optimization and website analytics tracking; help integrate forms, tools, and third-party plugins.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related field; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate level); familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms; understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility; basic knowledge of UI/UX principles; portfolio or sample projects preferred; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with server-side technologies, databases, APIs, and broader back-end web development concepts; prior sample projects demonstrating both front-end and back-end work; familiarity with website analytics and advanced SEO practices.
