Digital Marketing Success Manager
About the position
RECODemand is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Client Success Manager (CSM) to work directly with real estate professionals and mortgage brokers to ensure they fully leverage our webinar systems and achieve meaningful results. You will guide clients from onboarding through implementation and optimization, acting as their go-to expert for support, strategy, and accountability. Our fully remote team values collaboration, innovation, and a results-first mindset, providing clear systems and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and retention; deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure proper execution of webinar marketing systems; monitor META campaign performance data and provide insights to drive improvements; troubleshoot issues, answer client questions, and offer proactive solutions; coordinate across internal teams (ads, operations, creative) to ensure client success; identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales; maintain organized records, follow-ups, and performance documentation using internal tools and CRMs.
Requirements
1+ years background in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles; excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights; familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ad Manager is a strong asset; experience in real estate, mortgage, or digital marketing is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Nice-to-haves
Experience specifically with webinar marketing systems and prior work with real estate agents or mortgage brokers; demonstrated ability to translate campaign performance into optimization strategies; prior exposure to cross-functional collaboration with ads, operations, and creative teams.
