Senior Project Manager

About the position

You’ll help keep teams aligned, projects moving forward, and priorities clear as Passive builds and scales an AI-powered career discovery platform. This role works closely with product, engineering, design, and leadership to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time. Passive is a remote-friendly startup focused on creating a new category in career technology and improving how busy professionals discover opportunities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate product and engineering projects; manage timelines and deliverables for product development initiatives; ensure teams stay aligned on goals, priorities, and dependencies; track progress and identify risks or blockers early. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating communication between product, engineering, design, and leadership; help teams stay focused on priorities and maintain momentum; ensure projects move smoothly from planning to execution. Support product launches and initiatives by assisting in organizing and executing new feature releases, coordinating internal readiness across teams, and ensuring key milestones and launch timelines are met. Improve processes and workflow by establishing lightweight project management practices, improving visibility into project status and priorities, and continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role. Experience working with product and engineering teams. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working in a startup or evolving environment. Experience supporting product launches and familiarity with agile or modern product development workflows are relevant. Experience working with distributed or remote teams is beneficial.
