About the position

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $99,440 – $149,160 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. Responsibilities
• Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan. • Lead the Project Team in developing and managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Project Sponsor. • Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources, and budget. • Collaborate with resource managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff the project team. • Manages resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements. • Manages subcontractors to deliver high quality deliverables and installation on schedule. • Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team’s scope of responsibility. • Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & opportunities, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure. • Coordinate and direct project closure to customer. • Prepares and delivers final project closure and documentation to customers and ensures final payment. • Management of and responsibility for project change order / Issue logs. • Monitor the project and report the project status to leadership on a regular basis. • Review and approve all team project submittals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or an equivalent engineering discipline. Master’s degree desired. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business is also acceptable. • Minimum of four years’ work experience in managing BMS, HVAC, Industrial Controls / Automation, or similar discipline projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or similar); Smartsheets a plus. • Prior experience as a lead automation/controls engineer. • Experience in the commercial office and manufacturing market. • Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure BAS solution is desirable. • Must be able to travel 15%.
